Happy Vagabond Christmas!

Just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanuka and a Joyous Kwanza (Yes its now 2am on boxing day but what the heck). For Christmas Eve, those of us left in our fair New York City celebrated in a stylish way with an intimate dinner for 6 plus 2 more for drinks and Dazed and Confused (The movie not magazine). Here are some pics to keep you in that special mood.

Christians Happy Socks and Paul Smith lustworthy woven oxfords.

Hell everyone all had some loverly shoes on (From L-R Hectors Christmas present Paul Smith velvet desert boots, Christians Paul Smith oxfords, Mattys Docs, Adrians lovely turquoise number and my Raf Simons Docs)

As for the food:

Christian made a delicious vegeterian (with spinach) and a meat (with turkey natch) lasagna

Good food + great company = one happy Christian

Christmas Day was supposed to involve dim sum. Alas due to combination of late night trip to Metropolitan and even later return plus eating too much food on the eve that did not happen. Instead I figured out how to connect Netflix instant to the TV and pretty soon Firefly was all that we could think of...

Hello birdy. Hello Captain Reynolds.

and much tea and German Christmas Cookies were consumed

See as much as family is great and all. Good company always makes a good Christmas!

The spread looks amazing, I have yet to try those brownies of yours. And I wish we could see the rest of your Christmas outfit!

Aww thanks Izz! Wanted to skype you today but you never came on! It is a freaking apocalypse now situation with the snow over here. Walking home from the subway my brain froze and the snow went right through my knit hat ouch. As for seeing my christmas outfit, I still can't figure out how to take decent photos of myself. Any tips other then use a person haha.

Funny, I was hoping you'd come on Skype too, but I didn't see you on! When are you coming on again?

Ha, apocalyptic weather, perfect for your post-apocalyptic style. I always get someone to take photos of me. I usually pick the setting, art direct the composition/angle, set the camera settings, etc. and just have a friend snap the photos. But there's this one guy, Pascal, who takes most of his photos on self-timer: http://www.fashionbitsandbobs.com/ (scroll back to older outfit posts), but it takes a lot of skill and patience.
